CLAIMS

1. An organizer (1 1) comprising:

a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user.

2. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 1, wherein said receptacles (21), at least one, is configured with a bore (22).

3. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 2, wherein the bore (22) provides a partial opening.

4. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 2, wherein the bore (22) provides a complete opening.

5. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 2, wherein the bore (22) has an interior profile for gripping the element.

6. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 2, wherein the bore has a flexible diameter.

7. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said gripping is by virtue of moulding said receptacles (21) on said at least a portion of said at least an element.

8. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claim 7, wherein said at least a portion of said at least an element is a rigid material.

9. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said receptacles (21) is an integral part of said at least a portion of said at least an element.

10. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said receptacles (21) is configured for receiving at least a cover for said at least an element.

1 1. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least a cover has a handle.

12. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least a cover has a clip.

13. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a remaining portion of said at least an element project from said receptacles (21) so as to provide easy retraction of said at least an element from said receptacles (21).

14. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) subjects inertia to said at least an element so as to prevent said at least an element from dispersing.

15. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said receptacles (21) prevent damage to the held portion of said at least an element. 16. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured by an array arrangement of said receptacles (21).

17. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured by a closed ended loop of said receptacles (21).

18. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured by an open ended loop of said receptacles (21).

19. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (11) is configured with at least a magnetic surface.

20. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured with a support (51). 21. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (11) is configured with a strap and a buckle (81).

22. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured with a detachable self-fastening material.

27. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is provided with at least a suction cup (61) for affixing the organizer (1 1) to a surface.

28. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is configured to stand on a surface.

29. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) stands on a surface by friction between the organizer (11) and the surface.

30. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (11) is made of malleable material. 31. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 30, wherein the malleable material is selected from a cured silicon rubber.

32. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (11) is made of material used for erasing markings.

33. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of stationeries for organization by the organizer (1 1).

34. An organizer (1 1) as in claim 33, wherein the stationeries have a marking point.

35. An organizer (11) as in claim 34, wherein the stationeries are pencils, pens, crayons or a combination thereof.

36. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of cosmetic items.

37. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of toiletry items.

38. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of eatery utensils.

39. An organizer (1 1) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of kitchen utensils.

40. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of mechanical tools.

41. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said at least an element is from a group of collectible items.

42. An organizer (11) as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the organizer (1 1) is imprinted with visual representations.

A fitting for engaging with at least an organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user, wherein the fitting is at least a shaft.

44. A fitting as in claim 43, wherein said receptacles (21), at least one, is configured with a bore (22).

45. A fitting as in claim 44, wherein the bore (22) provides a partial opening.

46. A fitting as in claim 44, wherein the bore (22) provides a complete opening.

47. A fitting as in claim 44, wherein the bore (22) has an interior profile for gripping said at least an element.

48. A fitting as in claim 44, wherein the bore (22) has a flexible diameter.

49. A fitting as in any one of claims 43 to 48, wherein said at least a shaft once engaged with said at least an organizer (11) protrudes for modular assembly and disassembly thereof.

66. A fitting as in claim 65, wherein said receptacles (21), at least one, is configured with a bore (22).

67. A fitting as in claim 66, wherein the bore (22) provides a partial opening.

68. A fitting as in claim 66, wherein the bore (22) provides a complete opening.

69. A fitting as in claim 66, wherein the bore (22) has an interior profile for gripping said at least an element.

70. A fitting as in claim 66, wherein the bore (22) has a flexible diameter.

71. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein said at least a base holder is formed onto said at least an organizer (1 1).

76. A fitting as in claim 75, wherein said means for engaging with said at least a shaft for holding said at least an organizer (1 1) is an interlocking slot.

77. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein said at least a base holder is configured to stand on a surface.

78. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting is configured to stick on a surface. 79. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein said at least a base holder provides rotational movement to a multiple of said at least an organizer (11) in a gearing mechanism.

80. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein said at least a base holder is constructed in such a way that said at least a base holder holds a multiple of said at least an organizer (11) in a fashion for storage.

81. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting is rotatable.

82. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting is removably attached to said at least an organizer (11).

83. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting is configured for coupling with an auxiliary device.

84. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting has connectable structures for modularly fitting a multiple of said at least an organizer (1 1).

85. A fitting as in any one of claims 65 to 70, wherein the fitting is configured to engage with a lanyard.

89. A system comprising:

at least an organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user;

at least a shaft of a fitting in association with said at least an organizer (11); wherein said at least an organizer (1 1) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a shaft for transportation and deployment of said at least an organizer (11).

90. A system as in claim 89, wherein said at least a shaft is engaged in association with a base holder of a fitting.

91. A system comprising: at least an organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user; at least a base holder of a fitting in association with said at least an organizer

wherein said at least an organizer (11) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a base holder for transportation and deployment of said at least an organizer (11).

92. A system as in claim 91, wherein said at least a base holder is engaged in association with a shaft of a fitting.

93. A system comprising:

at least an organizer (11) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user; at least a shaft of a fitting in association with said at least an organizer (1 1); at least a base holder of a fitting in association with said at least a shaft; wherein said at least an organizer (1 1) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a base holder for transportation and deployment of said at least an organizer (1 1). 94. A system as in claim 93, wherein said at least a base holder comprises a slot for receiving said at least a shaft.

Description:
AN ORGANIZER

TECHNICAL FIELD The present device generally relates to an organizer for at least an element, more particularly the present device relates to an organizer for gripping and holding said at least an element.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

An organizer particularly aids organization of elements or instruments in a variety of applications, and it is known in the prior arts that an organizer can be used to organize stationeries, cosmetic materials, toiletries, eatery utensils, kitchen utensils, mechanical tools, and further instruments that require organization.

An organizer holds the elements orderly together and provides accessibility to the elements whenever the elements are required for use. Organizers for holding elements have been developed with various embodiments were made available for a variety of applications, such as some of the organizers are the conventional cup-type holders for collectively holding elements with various configurations and myriad of designs, including organizers that were also developed for wearability.

Some prior art documents have disclosed organizers similar to the organizer of the present device. US 6,279,753 discloses a combination of a pencil holder, desk lamp, compact disc holder, beverage cup holder and desk organizer set.

US 5,289,961 discloses a device for holding writing instruments having a supporting member, a plurality of holding members arranged on the supporting member and each having a receptacle for receiving a writing instrument, and a retainer to retain the supporting member on a part of body or clothes.

EP 1302334 Al discloses a writing device holder comprises fixing devices for removably fixing a writing device, especially a pen or pencil. The body and the fixing devices and/or the connecting devices are made in one piece. US 2,793,617 discloses a combined pen and pencil case having means for attaching the device to body parts of user. The pen or pencil holder is also wearable on a wrist of a user. However, the prior art documents do not either address the problem of organizing cluttered elements or provides a solution of holding loose elements together in a manner such that the elements are gripped for preventing dispersion.

There is therefore a need for an organizer that effectively grips a plurality of elements together in a configuration for an intended application.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The present device is an organizer for holding and gripping a plurality of elements, such that the organizer prevents the plurality of elements from dispersing.

It is an object of the present device to provide an organizer with a plurality of elastic receptacles integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles, and that said receptacles provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user.

In another embodiment, said gripping is by virtue of moulding said receptacles (21) on said at least a portion of said at least an element, such as to form an integral part thereof. It is another object of the present device to provide an organizer with plurality of elastic receptacles integrated in a manner that holds elements within said receptacles, which is configured for wearability.

It is another object of the present device to provide an organizer with plurality of elastic receptacles integrated in a manner that holds elements within said receptacles, which is configured for transportability. It is another object of the present device to provide an organizer with plurality of elastic receptacles integrated in a manner that holds said at least an element within said receptacles, which is configured for displaying said at least an element. Ultimately, the present device aims to provide an organizer that grips said at least an element within the organizer such that said at least an element are prevented from dispersion, and that the organizer is configured in a variety of embodiments for a variety of applications. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Described below are preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Each of the following preferred embodiments describes an example not limiting in any aspect. Referring to Figures 1 to 10b, there are illustrated a perspective view of the preferred embodiments of an organizer (11) according to the present device.

The organizer (11) shown in the Figures l a, lb, lc, Id, le, If, 2a, 2b, 3, 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 5c, 6, 7a, 7b, 8b, 10 and 10b, essentially comprising a plurality of receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user.

In an embodiment, said gripping is by virtue of moulding said receptacles (21) on said at least a portion of said at least an element. For example, said at least a portion of said at least an element is a cover (18) for said at least an element shown in Figure lc.

The present device envisages an embodiment for molding said receptacles (21) on a plurality of covers for said at least an element that are made of rigid material, hence providing the covers with flexibility in movement while holding said at least art element intact in the organizer (1 1).

In another embodiment, said receptacles (21) can be formed as an integral part of said at least a portion of said at least an element. Yet in another embodiment, said receptacles (21 ) can be configured for receiving at least a cover for said at least an element. Also, said at least a cover comprises a handle or a clip.

Said receptacles (21), at least one, are configured with a bore (22), as shown in the figures that said receptacles (21) have a tube-like configuration with at least a bore (22). The bore (22) provides a partial opening, a complete opening or combination thereof, and that the bore (22) has an interior profile with a flexible diameter for receiving at least an element for gripping and holding a portion of said at least an element. Preferably, the bore (22) in every said receptacles (21) is a through bore (22), so as to enhance mass production of the organizer (1 1).

It should be noted that the bore (22) of the present device is not limited to the configuration and structures shown in the figures of the preferred embodiments having a rounded top with cylindrical space, such that the bore (22) has varying configurations and structures and not limited to the cylindrical passage.

The manufacturing process of the organizer (1 1) for enhancing mass production thereof can be carried out by moulding a plurality of elongated tubes in a desired configuration, and later cut into segments, and that each segment has a through bore (22) at the cut surfaces.

If required, additional cap or covering can be moulded onto the organizer (1 1) or fitted on within the organizer (1 1) for closing either sides of the bore (22). The cap or covering can be made of but not limited to a rigid material, such as plastics or the like.

Such manufacturing process provides cost effective mass production of the organizer (1 1), and that the organizer (1 1) need not have to be individually moulded. A remaining portion of said at least an element project from said receptacles (21), so as to provide easy retraction of said at least an element from said receptacles (21), and said receptacles (21) are elastic such that the receptacles (21) grip said at least an element to subject inertia so as to prevent said at least an element from dispersing. Also, said receptacles (21) can be configured in such a way to prevent damage to the held portion of said at least an element. Moreover, said receptacles (21) can be configured for receiving at least a cover with a handle or a clip.

Referring to Figures la, lb, lc, Id, le and If, there are illustrated the first embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure la shows the organizer (11) having at least 7 receptacles (21) configured in a revolving arrangement, and Figure lb shows the same organizer (1 1) holding at least an element. The organizer (1 1) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figures. The organizer (1 1) can be provided with at least a suction cup or affixing the organizer (1 1) to a surface. Said at least an element shown held by the organizer (1 1) are writing instruments, preferably pen or pencils but not limited to thereof.

In Figure lc, the organizer (1 1) is shown having at least a cover (18) received into said receptacles (21), and that Figure Id shows that said at least a cover (18) receives at least an element, which is a writing instrument. The present device can be configured in such a way that said receptacles (21) are molded on a plurality of rigid covers (11).

The same organizer (11) in Figure lc is shown received with a connecting pin (19) in Figure If. The preferred embodiment provides that the organizer (1 1) is connectable to another organizer (11) or an auxiliary device thereof, which will be further described later in the description.

Referring to Figures 2a and 2b, there are illustrated the second embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 2a shows the organizer (1 1) having at least 12 receptacles (21) configured in an array arrangement with a further receptacle (31) provided in the middle of the organizer (1 1).

The further receptacle (31) is used for retaining a sharpener or any other instruments suitable for a desired application, such that the further receptacle (31) grips and holds the other instruments, watches, clocks or the like. The organizer (1 1) can be provided with at least a suction cup or affixing the organizer (1 1) to a surface.

Figure 2b shows the same organizer (1 1) configured with a holder (32) for retaining the organizer (11) on a material, such that the holder (32) retains the organizer (1 1) to that of the material by a clasping mechanism. The material for retaining the organizer (1 1) is but not limited to a book, magazine, or sheets of paper. Referring to Figure 3, there is illustrated the third embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 3 shows the organizer (1 1) having at least 12 receptacles (21) configured in a loop arrangement, wherein the loop is a closed-ended loop arrangement. The organizer (1 1) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figure. The organizer (11) can be provided with at least a suction cup or affixing the organizer (11) to a surface.

It will be apparent to a person skilled in the art that the loop arrangement of the present device can be configured as an open-ended loop arrangement, or any other non-limiting arrangements.

The present device of the organizer (11) can be also provided with at least a magnetic surface. As for the embodiment in an open-ended loop arrangement, the magnetic surface is provided at the ends of the open-ended loop such that the side surfaces of the receptacles (21), which are the ends of the open-ended loop configuration, can be connected to each other by the attractive magnetic force to form a closed-ended loop.

Also, the magnetic surface can be provided at any surfaces of the organizer (1 1) that may as well provide such configuration that the organizer (11) is attached to metal surfaces for a particular application, such as attachment to a refrigerator for example.

Further application of the magnetic surfaces of the organizer (11) include the organizer (1 1) in an open-ended loop configuration that is used as a wrist-band, such that the magnets secure the organizer (11) on user's wrist by adhering the magnetic surfaces at the open ends of the organizer (11).

The organizer (11) can be also provided with magnetic surfaces for compressing a particular embodiment of the organizer (11), for example the embodiment of the organizer (11) in a loop configuration. The compression of the looped organizer (1 1) or any other configuration of the organizer (11) that requires compression is by way of clasping the organizer (1 1) that can be easily hand-gripped such that the surfaces of the organizer (1 1) are attached together by the force of the magnetic surfaces of the organizer (1 1) for ease of transportation. In another application, it would be appreciated that the magnetic surfaces of the organizer (11) for wearability that will be later discussed in the description, contributes to magnet therapy applications for health benefits of a user. Referring to Figures 4a and 4b, there are illustrated the fourth embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 4a shows the organizer (1 1) having at least 16 receptacles (21) configured in a closed ended loop arrangement with a further receptacle (41) provided between a particular successive arrangement of said receptacles (21). The further receptacle (41) therebetween is used for retaining a sharpener or any other instruments suitable for a desired application. The organizer (11) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figure.

Figure 4b shows the same organizer (11) holding at least an element. Said at least an element shown held by the organizer (11) are writing instruments, preferably pencils but not limited to thereof. The further receptacle (41) preferably containing a sharpener is shown in Figure 4b received with a writing instrument.

Referring to Figure 5a, 5b and 5c, there are illustrated the fifth embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 5a and 5b show the organizer (11) having at least 12 receptacles (21) configured in a loop arrangement, wherein the loop is a closed-ended loop arrangement with a support (51) provided between a particular successive arrangement of said receptacles (21). The organizer (11) can be worn on a body part of a user, such as neck, wrist, or finger. Figure 5c shows the organizer (11) in another embodiment for wearability having at least 12 receptacles (21) configured with straps and buckle (81). The organizer (11) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figure. Also, the organizer (11) can be configured with a self-fastening material made of tiny hooks on one side and loops on the other, which can be separated and reattached many times.

The organizer (11) is wearable on a body part of a user, more particularly the organizer (1 1) is wearable on the user's wrist. The organizer (1 1) configured with the support (51) is to comfortably rest a user's wrist on a surface. However, it should appreciated that the support (51) is not limited to the configuration as shown in the embodiment of the Figures 5a and 5b, as the organizer (1 1) of the present device can be configured with various supports for applications that require such configurations.

Figure 5b shows that the organizer (11) is holding at least an element, and that said at least an element shown held by the organizer (1 1) are writing instruments, preferably pencils but not limited to thereof. Referring to Figure 6, there is illustrated the sixth embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 6 shows the organizer (1 1) having at least 7 receptacles (21) configured in a revolving arrangement, with a ring structure (61) attached to one side of said receptacles (21). The organizer (1 1) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figure.

The organizer (1 1) is wearable on a body part of a user, particularly the organizer (1 1) is wearable on a user's finger.

The organizer (1 1) of the sixth embodiment is constructed in such a way to provide non- intrusive wearability of the present device.

Referring to Figure 7a and 7b, there are illustrated the seventh embodiment of the present device, wherein Figure 7a and 7b show the organizer (1 1) having at least 7 receptacles (21) configured in a revolving arrangement. The organizer (1 1) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21 ) shown in the figure.

The organizer (1 1) is provided with at least a suction cup (71) for affixing the organizer (11) to a surface. Figure 7b shows the organizer (11) holding at least an said at least an element. Said at least an element shown held by the organizer (1 1) are writing instruments, preferably pencils but not limited to thereof.

It should be noted that the organizer (1 1) of the preceding embodiments is not necessarily affixed to a surface by the suction cup (71) as the organizer (1 1) is made of a material or configured to stand the organizer (1 1) on a surface by friction between the organizer (1 1) and the surface, hence providing the required stability.

The organizer according to the preferred embodiments of the present device is preferably made of but not limited to a malleable material, wherein the malleable material is preferably selected from but not limited to a cured silicon rubber. The material can be also used for erasing markings when desired for such an application.

The organizer (1 1) of the present device is used for a variety of applications, such that the organizer (11) grips and holds said at least an element from a group of stationeries for organization by the organizer (11). The stationeries can have marking points such as writing instruments including pencils, pens, crayons or a combination thereof.

Further, the organizer (1 1) is used to grip and hold said at least an element from a group of cosmetic items, toiletry items, eatery utensils, kitchen utensils, mechanical tools, or collectible items and not limited to such said at least an element thereof. The organizer (1 1) can be also imprinted with representations or graphical designs.

Referring to Figure 8a and 8b, there are illustrated the eighth embodiment of the present device of an organizer (1 1) with a fitting (101). The organizer (1 1) is not limited to the number of receptacles (21) shown in the figure.

The fitting (101) is shown in Figure 8b engaging with at least an organizer (1 1). The organizer (11) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user. The fitting (101) is at least a shaft.

Said receptacles (21), at least one, are configured with a bore (22), as shown in the Figure 8b that said receptacles (21) have a tube-like configuration with at least a bore (22). The bore (22) provides a partial opening, a complete opening or combination thereof, and that the bore (22) has an interior profile with a flexible diameter for receiving at least an element for gripping and holding a portion of the element. Preferably, the bore (22) in every said receptacles (21) is a through bore (22), so as to enhance mass production of the organizer (1 1).

The manufacturing process of the organizer (1 1) for enhancing mass production thereof can be carried out by moulding a plurality of elongated tubes in a desired configuration, and later cut into segments, and that each segment has a through bore (22) at the cut surfaces. If required, additional cap or covering can be moulded onto the organizer (1 1) or fitted on the organizer (1 1) for closing either sides of the bore (22).

Such manufacturing process provides cost effective mass production of the organizer (1 1), and that the organizer (1 1) need not have to be individually moulded.

A remaining portion of the element project from said receptacles (21), so as to provide easy retraction of the element from said receptacles (21), and said receptacles (21) are elastic such that the receptacles (21) grip said at least an element to subject inertia so as to prevent said at least an element from dispersing.

Also, said receptacles (21) can be configured in such a way to prevent damage to the held portion of the element. In an embodiment of the present device, wherein the fitting (101) of said at least a shaft for engaging with said at least an organizer (11) provides a protruding portion from said receptacles (21) for modular assembly and disassembly thereof.

The protruding portion of said at least a shaft is used for engaging with one of said receptacles (21) from another organizer (11), and that the shaft is removably attached.

Said at least a shaft can have various constructions such that the shaft has a first end with a diameter greater than a second end so as to engage the shaft with an auxiliary device. In other words, such construction of said at least a shaft is to accommodate the engagement between the shaft and the auxiliary device, in the event that the auxiliary device has a slot requirement of varying diameter to that of the bore (22). In another embodiment, the shaft has multiple diameters or has multiple segments, so that the shaft engages firmly with said receptacles (21). Alternatively, the shaft is provided with at least a stopper for restricting movement of said at least an organizer (1 1) once the shaft engages with the organizer (1 1). Said at least a shaft can be also configured with a mechanism for interlocking with a further device, and that the mechanism for interlocking is any one of a screw thread mechanism, bayonet, magnet, suction cup, or a combination thereof.

Further, said at least a shaft has connectable structures configured therewith for modularly fitting a multiple of the organizer (1 1), and that the fitting (101) is configured with a plurality of shafts to engage with at least an organizer (1 1). The fitting (101) also allows for rotational movement to the organizer (1 1).

As shown in Figure 8b, the fitting (101) is configured to engage with lanyard or the fitting (101) can be configured as a lanyard by itself, comprising a handle (11 1), and that the handle (11 1) preferably has a means on which to affix a graphical representation, identification or a combination thereof.

Further application of said at least a shaft is used in a carrier assembly, whereby the fitting (101) engages with the organizer (1 1), and hung around a neck of a user, for example such as the lanyard configuration to provide mobility of the organizer (1 1).

Referring to Figure 9, there is illustrated the ninth embodiment of the present device of an organizer (1 1) with a fitting (201).

The fitting (201) as shown in Figure 9 engages with at least an organizer (11) of any one of the preceding embodiments. The organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user. The fitting (201) is at least a base holder. The fitting (201) shown in the Figure 9 is a base holder. It should be noted that the base holder is not limited to the structure shown in Figure 9, whereby the base holder is also one of the embodiment shown in Figures 8a and 8b.

Said receptacles (21), at least one, are configured with a bore (22), shown in Figure 8b that said receptacles (21) have a tube-like configuration with at least a bore (22).

The bore (22) provides a partial opening, a complete opening or combination thereof, and that the bore (22) has an interior profile with a flexible diameter for receiving at least an element for gripping and holding a portion of the element. Preferably, the bore (22) in every said receptacles (21) is a through bore (22), so as to enhance mass production of the organizer (1 1).

The manufacturing process of the organizer (11) for enhancing mass production thereof can be carried out by moulding a plurality of elongated tubes in a desired configuration, and later cut into segments, and that each segment has a through bore (22) at the cut surfaces. If required, additional cap or covering can be moulded onto the organizer (1 1) or fitted on the organizer (1 1) for closing either sides of the bore (22).

Such manufacturing process provides cost effective mass production of the organizer (1 1), and that the organizer (1 1) need not have to be individually moulded.

In an embodiment of the present device, the fitting (101), wherein said at least a base holder is formed onto said at least an organizer (1 1). Said at least a base holder and said at least an organizer (1 1) share the same material type for such formation, wherein the material is a malleable material and said at least a base holder and said at least an organizer (11) are formed in a union structure for a particular application.

Further in another embodiment, said at least a base holder is configured with means for engaging with at least a shaft for holding said at least an organizer (1 1), such that said at least a base holder comprises an interlocking slot for engaging with said at least a shaft for holding said at least an organizer (11).

As shown in Figure 9, said at least a base holder is configured to stand on a surface, and that said at least a base holder can be configured to stick on a surface, with adhesives attached to the bottom of said at least a base holder.

Also, it is preferred in another embodiment of the present device that said at least a base holder provides rotational movement to a multiple of said at least an organizer (11) in a gearing mechanism, such that the shafts are arranged in a manner on said at least a base holder, receives multiple of the organizer (11) and arranged adjacent to each other. The multiple of the organizer (11) rotates in a gearing mechanism in the event any one of the organizer (1 1) is subjected for rotation.

In addition, said at least a base holder can be constructed in such a way that said at least a base holder holds a multiple of said at least an organizer (1 1) in a fashion for storage, and that said at least a base holder is rotatable.

In an embodiment of the present device, wherein the fitting (201) of said at least a base holder for engaging with said at least an organizer (1 1) is removably attached to that of said at least an organizer (11). Said at least a base holder also engages with an auxiliary device with a construction of said at least a base holder to accommodate the engagement between said at least a base holder and the auxiliary device. Further, said at least a base holder has connectable structures configured therewith for modularly fitting a multiple of the organizer (11), and that the fitting (101) is configured with a plurality of shafts to engage with at least an organizer (11). Further to that, the fitting (201) of said at least a base holder is configured to engage with lanyard or the fitting (201) can be configured as a lanyard by itself as shown in Figures 8a and 8b, comprising a handle (1 1 1), and that the handle (11 1) has a means on which to affix a graphical representation, identification or a combination thereof. In a further application, the base holder is implemented as a base stand, whereby the base holder is stationed on a desk, tables, conferences tables, workstations, escritoire, or the like for receiving said at least an organizer (11).

In a similar application, the base holder implemented as a base stand receives said at least an organizer (1 1), which is transferred from said at least a shaft of the fitting (101) of the eight embodiment.

Referring to Figure 10a and 10b, there are illustrated the tenth embodiment of the present device of an organizer (1 1) with at least a fitting (101, 201). More specifically, the figures illustrate embodiments for which a preferred system is adopted for the present device.

In one embodiment as shown in Figure 10a, the system comprising at least an organizer (11) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21) and that said receptacles provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user, and at least a shaft of a fitting (101) is in association with said at least an organizer (1 1).

Said at least an organizer (11) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a shaft for transportation by said at least a shaft and deployment of said at least an organizer (1 1) on the fitting (201) of said at least a base holder as shown in Figure 10a. In the same context, the Figure 10a illustrates a system whereby said at least an organizer (1 1) is engaged with a fitting (101) of said at least a shaft, which is shown in the figure configured as a lanyard, is implemented for transportation such that said at least an organizer (1 1) is used in a carrier assembly and hung around a neck of a user to provide mobility of said at least an organizer (1 1).

In another embodiment as shown in Figure 10b, the system comprising at least an organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21) and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user, and at least a base holder of a fitting (201) is in association with said at least an organizer (11).

Said at least an organizer (1 1) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a base holder for deployment of said at least an organizer (1 1) and for transportation by said at least a shaft as shown in Figure 10b.

In the same context, the Figure 10b illustrates a system whereby said at least an organizer (11) is engaged with a fitting (201) of said at least a base holder, which is shown in the figure configured as a base stand, is implemented for deployment such that said at least an organizer (1 1) is stationed on a desk, tables, conferences tables, workstations, escritoire, or the like for receiving said at least an organizer (1 1).

In a further embodiment, the system comprising at least an organizer (1 1) comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21) and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user, at least a shaft of a fitting (101) is in association with said at least an organizer (1 1), and at least a base holder of a fitting ( 02) is in association with said at least a shaft and with said at least an organizer (11).

Said at least an organizer (11) is engaged and disengaged with said at least a shaft or said at least a base holder for transportation and deployment of said at least an organizer (11). In a preferred embodiment, said at least a base holder comprises a slot for receiving said at least a shaft.

Essentially, the preferred system of the present device is implemented such that said at least a base holder is configured as a base stand on a desk, tables, conferences tables, workstations, escritoire, or the like for receiving said at least an organizer (11).

For example, the base stand is used in applications receiving said at least an organizer (1 1) in offices, conferences, homes, or workstations, whereby said at least an organizer (1 1) can be docked at said at least a base holder by a user. Said at least an organizer (11) can be retrieved from said at least a base holder and engaged with said at least a shaft for transportation to a different location of said at least a base holder.

In other words, the preferred system provides users with the ability to transfer said at least an organizer (1 1) from one embodiment to another. For example, a user initially in possession of said at least an organizer (1 1) via a lanyard configuration of said at least a shaft of a fitting (101) is able to remove the organizer (1 1) and attach the same to said at least a base holder of a fitting (201) in different locations. This provides users with the ability to transport said at least an element held by the organizer (1 1) from a particular location and that the same said at least an element can be used at a different location by transferring the organizer (11) from the lanyard configuration to that of said at least a base holder. The present device of the organizer (11) therefore anticipates the portability of the device and the ease of the present device being modularly fitted to a variety of embodiments.

The docking and transportability features of the present device is essential in the aforementioned applications as said at least organizer (1 1) grips and orderly holds a plurality of elements in a manner that prevent said at least an element from dispersing.

Essentially, the organizer (11) of the present device eases manageability of said at least an element and eliminates the difficulty of holding loose or cluttered said at least an element together. In as much as the present invention is subject to many variations, modifications and changes in detail, it is intended that all matter contained in the foregoing description or shown in the accompanying drawings shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense.
