CLAIMS

An organizer (101) comprising:

a support (11);

wherein, the organizer (101) facilitates modular setup for supporting at least an article (12) via at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12).

The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured to receive variable structures of said at least an article (12) to provide a user with unrestraint management and arrangement of said at least an article (12).

3. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) is detachably attached to the support (11).

4. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) supplies electrical power.

5. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) supplies electrical power to electrical devices via a power source connected to the connector (17).

6. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) supplies electrical power to a medium for charging an electrical device.

7. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) is collapsible.

8. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least a connector (17) is made of malleable material.

9. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured to receive connectable structures to be modularly fitted to the organizer (101).

10. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured to stand on a surface.

11. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured to stick on a surface.

12. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) provides rotational movement to said at least an article (12). 13. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured for organizing any one or a combination of stationery, charging, painting applications.

14. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is a desk organizer.

15. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured to receive a base plate (20) on the support (11). 16. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 15, wherein the base plate (11) is any one of a decorative, coloured, engraved, or a personalized layer.

17. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is made of any one or a combination of metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, wood or rubber.

18. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured for receiving at least an article (12) comprising at least a receptacle that holds an element. 19. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured for receiving at least an article (12) comprising at least a receptacle that holds an element within said receptacle by gripping at least a portion of said an element in said receptacle. 20. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organizer (101) is configured for receiving at least an article (12) comprising a plurality of receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element to a user. 21. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said at least an article (12) is for organizing stationeries.

22. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 21, wherein the stationeries have a marking point.

23. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 21, wherein the stationeries are pencils, pens, crayons or a combination thereof.

24. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein a plurality of receptacles (21) are elastic.

25. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said at least an article (12) is incorporated with microscopic DNA for preventing theft. 26. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said at least an article (12) is incorporated with microscopic DNA for showing identity.

27. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein the organizer (101) is configured for interchangeably supporting a variety of said at least an article (12).

28. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said at least an article (12) is for organizing any one or a combination of cosmetic items, toiletry items, eatery utensils, kitchen utensils, mechanical tools, collectible items, decorative items or devices requiring electrical power.

29. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said articles (12) are capable for arrangement in a preferred structure.

30. The organizer (101) as claimed in claim 20, wherein said articles (12) are capable for arrangement in a preferred structure using said at least a connector (17).

Description:
ORGANIZER

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention generally relates to an organizer for supporting at least an article, more particularly the present invention relates to an organizer for supporting said at least an article in a configuration for an intended application.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

An organizer particularly aids organization of elements, instruments or articles in a variety of applications, and it is known in the prior arts that an organizer can be used to organize stationeries, cosmetic materials, toiletries, eatery utensils, kitchen utensils, mechanical tools, and further instruments that require organization.

An organizer holds the articles orderly together and provides accessibility to the articles whenever the articles are required for use. Organizers for holding articles have been developed with various embodiments that were made available for a variety of applications, such as some of the organizers are the conventional cup-type holders for collectively holding elements with various configurations and myriad of designs, including organizers that were also developed for wearability.

Some prior art documents have disclosed organizers similar to the organizer of the present invention. US 6,279,753 discloses a combination of a pencil holder, desk lamp, compact disc holder, beverage cup holder and desk organizer set.

US 5,289,961 discloses a device for holding writing instruments having a supporting member, a plurality of holding members arranged on the supporting member and each having a receptacle for receiving a writing instrument, and a retainer to retain the supporting member on a part of body or clothes.

EP 1302334 Al discloses a writing device holder comprises fixing devices for removably fixing a writing device, especially a pen or pencil. The body and the fixing devices and/or the connecting devices are made in one piece. US 2,793,617 discloses a combined pen and pencil case having means for attaching the device to body parts of user. The pen or pencil holder is also wearable on a wrist of a user. However, the prior art documents do not either address the problem of organizing cluttered articles or devices with power source requirements or provides a solution of holding articles or devices together in a manner such that the articles or devices are easily accessible and the devices with power source requirements are operable. There is therefore a need for an organizer that effectively holds a plurality of articles or devices together in a configuration for an intended application.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION The present invention aims to provide an organizer for a holding a plurality of articles or devices, such that the organizer holds the articles or devices together and prevents the plurality of articles or devices from cluttering.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support and the organizer facilitates modular setup for supporting at least an article via at least a connector such that the organizer provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support an at least a connector, wherein said at least a connector is detachably attached to the support.

It is yet an object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support and at least a connector, wherein said at least a connector supplies electric power.

It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support and at least a connector, wherein said at least a connector is collapsible.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support and at least a connector, wherein said at least a connector is made of malleable material. It is another further object of the present invention to provide an organizer comprising a support and at least a connector, wherein the organizer is configured to receive connectable structures for providing modular fitting. Ultimately, the present invention aims to provide an organizer that holds articles and devices within the organizer such that the organizer has modular configuration capabilities and is configured in a variety of embodiments for a variety of applications and the organizer is capable of providing electrical power source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Described below are preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Each of the following preferred embodiments describes an example not limiting in any aspect.

Referring to Figure 1, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment according to the present invention.

The preferred embodiment is an organizer (101) comprising a support (11) structure, wherein the organizer (101) facilitates modular setup for supporting at least an article (12) via at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12).

Said at least a connector (17) is shown in Figure 1 attached and extended from the support (11). In an embodiment, said at least a connector (17) is preferably detachably attached to the support (11). This allows for interchangeability between a plurality of the connector (17) within the same support (11) structure, and the organizer (101) is configured to receive variable structures of said at least an article (12) to provide a user with unrestraint management and arrangement of said at least an article (12).

Preferably, said at least a connector (17) supplies electric power via a power source connected to said at least a connector (17) and said at least a connector (17) supplies electrical power to a medium for charging an electrical device with a single power cord, and with interchangeable electrical and non-electrical modules. As such said at least a connector (17) is capable of charging up energy storage in electrical devices that are connected to the organizer (11) and supplying electrical power to the devices without energy storage capabilities.

The organizer (101) makes it possible to insert a connector (17) in any location within the organizer (101) and charge low voltage items such as hand phones, re-chargeable batteries, a low voltage desktop lamp, and etcetera using preferably but not limited to a single power cord that draws electrical power from a power source.

In an embodiment, said at least a connector (17) is preferably collapsible such that said least a connector (17) is collapsed into the support (11) or rested on the surface of the support (11) for easy storage of the organizer (101). Said at least a connector (17) is preferably made of but not limited to malleable material. Such structures and configuration, in which said at least a connector (17) is preferably collapsible and is preferably made of but not limited to malleable material prevents injury to a user in the event of an accident.

In addition, the organizer (101) of the present invention is configured to receive connectable structures for providing modular fitting. The connectable structures comprising structures that are connectable to the support (11), and ultimately the connectable structures are used to connect other connectable structure so as to form a modular organizer (101).

The organizer (101) is preferably configured but not limited to stand on a surface, stick on a surface or a combination thereof such that the organizer (11) can be made to stand or stick on a desk, an elevated surface or the like. Also, the organizer (101) provides rotational movement to said at least an article (12) supported by the organizer (101) due to the configuration of said at least a connector (17) that allows rotational movement.

Referring to Figure 2, the figure illustrates a perspective view of an alternative preferred embodiment according to the present invention with a different type of said at least a connector (17). The connector shown in Figure 2 does not supply electrical power, but interchangeable with connectors that supply electrical power. It should be noted that it is possible for the support (11) to have various structures for accommodating various applications, and the type and shape of said at least an article (12) and connectable structures, and the type and shape of the organizer (12) are limitless. Referring to Figure 3, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a support (11) according to the present invention. The figure illustrates a basic embodiment of the support (11) and a shape different from that of the Figure 1 and Figure 2.

Referring to Figure 4, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a support (11) connected at least a connector (17) and a power cord according to the present invention. The power cord that draws electrical power from a power source and supplies electrical via said at least a connector (17) to electrical devices.

Referring to Figure 5 to Figure 7, the figures illustrate a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a support (11) according to the present invention.

As shown in the Figure 5 to Figure 7, the support (11) in each figure has various structures, for accommodating various applications. Referring to Figure 8a, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a connector (17) according to the present invention.

The connector (17) shown in Figure 8a is capable of supplying electric power in the event an electrical device is connected to the connector (17). Also, the connector (17) is capable of supporting articles received by the connector (17) other than electrical devices.

Referring to Figure 8b, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of another connector (17) according to the present invention. The connector (17) shown in Figure 8b is capable of supporting articles received by the connector (17) other than electrical devices. Referring to Figure 8c, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a connector (17) according to the present invention.

The connector (17) in Figure 8c is shown having an opening at the head of the connector (17), in that the connector (17) is configured to engage with a lanyard.

Referring to Figure 9, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) according to the present invention. The organizer (101) is shown having a rectangular support (11) with at least a connector (17) attached to the support (11) and configured with a power cord to supply electrical power. The organizer (101) is shown having a base plate (20) with predetermined patterns.

Referring to Figure 10, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) for supplying electrical power according to the present invention, with the organizer (101) layers being exposed.

The organizer (101) is shown having 3 layers, which are a support (11), a first layer (18) and a second layer (19) configured to provide electrical contact to an electrical device connected vi a a connector (17).

Referring to Figure 11, the figure illustrates a cross-sectional view of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) according to the present invention for supplying electrical power. The organizer (101) is shown in Figure 11, having 3 layers, which are a support (11), a first layer (18) and a second layer (19) configured to provide electrical contact to an electrical device connected via a connector (17).

Referring to Figure 12, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) comprising a support (11) with interchangeable base plates (20). The preferred embodiment of the organizer (101) is configured to receive a base plate (20) on the support (11), such that the organizer (101) is shown provided with a base plate (20) of a predetermined pattern, and interchangeable with other base plates (20) of different predetermined patterns or designs, wherein the base plate (20) is any one of a decorative, coloured, engraved, or a personalized layer.

The base plates (20) can be patterned, coloured, engraved to create exciting, personalized looks to suit a corporate office environment, a designer home or a fun, children's play den.

The base plates (20) are preferably integrated with the support (11) or separable for interchangeable appearance and design that can be sold separately. The parts of the organizer (101), such as at least a connector (17) and a base plate (20) that are interchangeable, provides the organizer (101) with easy and simple handling of the organizer (101), and that corporate logos and designs can be easily added and rapidly manufactured to meet customer demands. Referring to Figure 13, the figure illustrates a perspective view of an alternative preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) according to the present invention.

The organizer (101) shown in Figure 13 does not does not supply electrical power, as the support (11) is made of plastic.

It should be noted that the preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) according to the present invention is preferably made of but not limited to any one or a combination of metal, plastic, wood, rubber, ceramic or glass. Referring to Figure 14, the figure illustrates a schematic representation of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) with a power supply connection, and preferred articles for connecting with a connector (17) according to the present invention.

The figure illustrates that the preferred articles are connectable to the connector (17) by way of receiving the articles by the connector (17) according to the present invention.

The connector (17) provides charging capabilities to the articles, more particularly electrical devices connected thereto. The articles are preferably but not limited to a battery charger (201), smart watch charger (202), and a charger (203) for charging smart phone (204) or a tablet (205).

Referring to Figure 15, the figure illustrates a schematic representation of a preferred embodiment of an organizer (101) with a power supply connection, and preferred articles for connecting with a connector (17) according to the present invention.

The figure illustrates that the preferred articles are connectable to the connector (17) by way of receiving the articles by the connector (17) according to the present invention.

The connector (17) supplies electrical power to the articles, more particularly electrical devices connected thereto. The articles are preferably but not limited to a mood light (206), desk lamp (207), table light (208), Bluetooth speaker (209), 5 Volts USB (Universal Serial Bus) outlet (210) or an alarm clock (211).

Referring to Figure 16 and Figure 17, the figures illustrate a perspective view of a preferred embodiment for a stationery organizer application according to the present invention.

In an embodiment, the organizer (101) is configured for receiving at least an article (12) comprising at least a receptacle that holds an element. The receptacle preferably but not limited to receive and hold stationeries, such as the receptacle is preferably but not limited to a receptacle of a tray. In another embodiment, the organizer (101) is configured for receiving at least an article (12) comprising at least a receptacle that holds an element within said receptacle by gripping at least a portion of said an element in said receptacle. The receptacle preferably but limited to receive and hold flash cards, pen drives, memory cards, such as the receptacle is preferably but not limited to elastic receptacles.

The preferred embodiment is an organizer (101) with a support (11) structure, and at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12) received by the connector (17). It is shown in Figure 10 that the organizer (101) is used for organizing stationeries.

The organizer (101) is configured for connecting with at least an article (12) shown in Figure 16 and Figure 17 comprising a plurality of elastic receptacles (21) integrated in a manner that holds at least an element (61) within said receptacles (21) by gripping at least a portion of said at least an element (61) in said receptacles (21), and that said receptacles (21) provide accessibility of said at least an element (61) to a user. In an embodiment, said gripping is by virtue of moulding said receptacles (21) on said at least a portion of said at least an element (61). For example, said at least a portion of said at least an element (61) can be a cover for said at least an element (61).

A preferred embodiment of said at least an article (12) according to the present invention envisages an embodiment for molding said receptacles (21) on a plurality of covers for said at least an element (61) that are made of rigid material, hence providing the covers with flexibility in movement while holding said at least an element (61) intact.

In another embodiment, said receptacles (21) can be formed as an integral part of said at least a portion of said at least an element (61). Yet in another embodiment, said receptacles (21) can be configured for receiving at least a cover for said at least an element (61). Also, said at least a cover comprises a handle or a clip.

Said receptacles (21), at least one, are configured with a bore, as shown in Figure 410 that said receptacles have a tube-like configuration with at least a bore. The bore provides a partial opening, a complete opening or combination thereof, and that the bore has an interior profile with a flexible diameter for receiving at least an element (61) for gripping and holding a portion of said at least an element (61). Preferably, the bore in every said receptacles is a through bore, so as to enhance mass production of said at least an article (12). It should be noted that the bore is not limited to the configuration and structures shown in the Figure 10, such that the bore has varying configurations and structures and not limited to the cylindrical passage. The manufacturing process of said at least an article (12) for enhancing mass production can be carried out by moulding a plurality of elongated tubes in a desired configuration, and later cut into segments, and that each segment has a through bore at the cut surfaces. If required, additional cap or covering can be moulded onto said at least an article (12) or fitted on within said at least an article (12) for closing either sides of the bore. The cap or covering can be made of but not limited to a rigid material, such as plastics or the like.

Such manufacturing process provides cost effective mass production of said at least an article (12), and that said at least an article (12) need not have to be individually moulded.

A remaining portion of said at least an element (61) project from said receptacles (21), so as to provide easy retraction of said at least an element (61) from said receptacles (21), and said receptacles (21) are elastic such that the receptacles (21) grip said at least an element (61) to subject inertia so as to prevent said at least an element (61) from dispersing.

Said at least an article (12) is preferably but not limited from a group of articles for organizing stationeries, and that the stationeries have a marking point. The stationeries are preferably but not limited to pencils, pens, crayons or a combination thereof.

As said receptacles (21) are elastic, said receptacles (21) can be configured in such a way to prevent damage to the held portion of said at least an element (61).

In another preferred embodiment, said at least an article (12) is incorporated with microscopic DNA to prevent theft or to show identity of said at least an article (12).

Referring to Figure 18, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment for a desk organizer application according to the present invention. The preferred embodiment is an organizer (101) with a support (11) structure, and at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12) received by the connector (17). It is shown in Figure 9 that the organizer (101) is used for organizing a desk. Referring to Figure 19, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment for a charger organizer application according to the present invention.

The preferred embodiment is an organizer (101) with a support (11) structure, and at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12) received by the connector (17). It is shown in Figure 19 that the organizer (101) is used for organizing electrical device chargers.

Referring to Figure 20, the figure illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment for a painting organizer application according to the present invention.

The preferred embodiment is an organizer (101) with a support (11) structure, and at least a connector (17) such that the organizer (101) provides accessibility and manageability of said at least an article (12) received by the connector (17). It is shown in Figure 20 that the organizer (101) is used for organizing painting instruments.

Referring to Figures 21 through 24, the figures respectively illustrate a perspective view of a preferred embodiment according to the present invention for a home coming station, an office desk station, a charging station, and a bed side station. The Figures 21 through 24 illustrate that the organizer (101) can be configured for interchangeably supporting a variety of at least an article (12).

It is shown in Figure 21 that the organizer (11) used as a home coming station that receives said at least an article (12) preferably but not limited to a smart phone (301), tablet (302), smart phone charger (303), key bucket (305) and desk lamp (305).

Said at least an article (12) can be preferably interchanged with but not limited to a mood light (306), an alarm clock (307), table light (308), and a battery charger (309). It is shown in Figure 22 that the organizer (11) used as an office desk station that receives said at least an article (12) preferably but not limited to stationeries (401), USB pen drives (402), paper clips (403), phone charger (404), business cards (405), an alarm clock (406) and a desk light (407). Said at least an article (12) can be preferably interchanged with but not limited to a tape dispenser (408), smart watch charger (409), battery charger (410), or a Bluetooth speaker (411). It is shown in Figure 23 that the organizer (11) used as a charging station that receives said at least an article (12) preferably but not limited to phone charger (501) and a tablet charger (502).

Said at least an article (12) can be preferably interchanged with but not limited to a 5 V USB outlet (503), smart watch charger (504), battery charger (505), or a Bluetooth speaker (506).

Also, the organizer (11) is preferably intended for receiving but not limited to rechargeable batteries (507), smart phone (508), torch light (509), smart watch (510), and a tablet (511). It is shown in Figure 24 that the organizer (11) used as a bed side station that receives said at least an article (12) preferably but not limited to stationeries (601), smart watch charger (602), battery charger (603), phone charger (604), a multipurpose bucket (605), and an alarm clock (606). Said at least an article (12) can be preferably interchanged with but not limited to a note book (608), mood light (609), torch light (610), or a Bluetooth speaker (611).

In other embodiments, the organizer (101) of Figure 1 preferably receives but limited to at least an article from a group of devices requiring electrical power, from a group of articles for organizing cosmetic items, from a group of articles for organizing toiletry items, from a group of articles for organizing eatery utensils, from a group of articles for organizing kitchen utensils, from a group of articles for organizing mechanical tools, from a group of articles for organizing collectible items, or from a group of articles for organizing decorative items.

Referring to Figure 25 and Figure 26, the figures illustrate a perspective view of a preferred arrangement of articles (12) according to the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, said articles (12) are capable for arrangement in a preferred structure using at least a connector. It is shown in the figures that said articles (12) can be configured for arrangement in a variety of structures using a connector (17) or any element (61) that can be used for connecting said at least an article (12) for modular structuring.

The modular structuring capability of said at least an article (12) and the preferred embodiments of an organizer (101) shown in the foregoing figures enables users to build blocks to create fun and functional structures, The structures can be built using any element (61) of pencils or pens, or at least a connector (17), and made personalized.

Referring to Figure 27, the figure illustrates a perspective view of preferred articles (12) according to the present invention for holding at least an element (61). The articles (12) shown in the figure preferably holds but not limited to thumb drives, flash drives and the like.

Referring to Figure 28 and Figure 29, the figures illustrate photographs of an exemplary embodiment of an organizer (101) according to the present invention comprising a support (11) that supports at least an article (12) via a connector (17). The preferred embodiment of the organizer (101) is modularized using at least a connector (17), wherein said at least a connector (17) appears to have a pin outlook, and said at least a connector (17) is preferably customizable.

On a powered organizer (101), the connector (17) supplies electrical power to transfer low voltage electricity through to preferably but not limited to mobile phones, lights and other electrical products. Said at least a connector (17) is preferably either removable or built into the organizer (101) itself. Said at least a connector (17) can be made from varying materials and varying colours depending on the applications. In as much as the present invention is subject to many variations, modifications and changes in detail, it is intended that all matter contained in the foregoing description or shown in the accompanying drawings shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense.
