Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a hydrosilylated reactive composition which exhibits sharp curability during the reaction, while maintaining composition pot life, and which can be subjected to molecular design by controlling the reaction of MH units/DH units; a semi-cured product using said composition; and a method for producing a cured product. [Solution] Provided is a composition which includes: (A) a compound including, in one molecule thereof, at least one monovalent hydrocarbon group having an aliphatic unsaturated bond; (B) a compound including, in one molecule thereof, at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms; (C) a first hydrosilylation catalyst; and (D) a second hydrosilylation catalyst which forms microcapsules of the compound set forth as component (C) above using a thermoplastic resin having a softening point in the temperature range of 50-200˚C, and which exhibits activity at a higher temperature than component (C). Also provided is a method for carrying out a hydrosilylation reaction at two different temperature levels using said composition.
