Abstract:
The invention can be used for producing monocrystalline structure-oriented parts of a gas turbines duct. Said invention is directed at increasing the heat-transfer factor of a liquid-metal cooling. The inventive method for parts casting by means of oriented crystallisation consists in transferring a pre-heated and filled with melt casting mould (8) from a heating chamber (5) to a cooling chamber (2) progressively dipping said casting mould (8) in a bath (3) containing a liquid-metal cooler (4) until the full crystallisation of a casting is reached. Before dipping the casting mould (8), a vacuum value is reduced from $m(k)5x10-1 Pa to $m(k)(0.5$m(X)2.5)x102 Pa and maintained onwards. Before and during dipping, the part of the surface of the casting mould (8) is exposed along the perimeter thereof to the action of an inert gas jet flow through the liquid-metal cooler (4) at a variable pressure. The inventive device for parts casting by means of oriented crystallisation comprises a vacuum stove (1) provided with the heating chamber (5) and the cooling chamber (2) which are axially arranged one above the other, said cooling chamber (2) being provided with the bath (3) containing the liquid-metal cooler (4). Said device also comprises a system (11) for modifying vacuum by supplying the inert gas jet flow through the liquid-metal cooler (4) to the surface of the casting mould (8) at a pressure which varies during crystallisation. Said system (11) is provided with a gas pipe line (12) which is arranged in the liquid-metal cooler (4) at a given depth for distributing the jet flow along the perimeter of the casting mould (8) submerged into the cooler (4).
