Abstract:
The present invention relates to an orthodontic appliance comprising a first fixed portion to be fixed to a first molar tooth so as to perform orthodontic treatment, and a second fixed portion to be fixed to another molar tooth adjacent to said first molar tooth. The first fixed portion is integrally formed with the second fixed portion, and the first and second fixed portions are attached and fixed to the molar teeth so as to perform orthodontic treatment, to thereby straighten the molar teeth. The orthodontic appliance of the present invention prevents the formation of gaps among molar teeth or prevents molar teeth from being misaligned in an undesirable direction during orthodontic treatment, and integrally fixes the molar teeth with one another even without using an additional skeletal anchorage, to thereby conveniently carry out orthodontic treatment.
