The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate the work of attaching an orthodontic wire to an orthodontic bracket. This orthodontic bracket (20) is provided with: a base part which is fixed to a tooth; a shaft (40) having, formed extending from one end to another end thereof, a groove which is open via a first opening; a first support part and a second support part which are provided to the base part, and which respectively support the shaft (40); a cover member (50) which is provided with a hollow part which is open via a second opening extending along the groove, and through which the shaft (40) is passed, said cover member having at least a portion thereof provided between the first support part and the second support part, and being supported by the shaft (40) so as to be capable of rotating between an open position in which the first opening and the second opening overlap and a closed position in which the first opening and the second opening do not overlap; and a stopper which is provided to the cover member (50), and which comes into contact with the base part and stops the cover member (50) when the cover member (50) is rotated and moved into the open position.
