Abstract:
A γ-oryzanol preparation method, including the following steps: (a) using a supercritical fluid and extracting an extract fluid containing γ-oryzanol from a raw material containing γ-oryzanol; (b) using a solid-liquid separation means and separating a precipitate containing γ-oryzanol from the extract fluid containing γ-oryzanol; and (c) purifying γ-oryzanol from the precipitate containing γ-oryzanol.
