Abstract:
In the present invention, the relation of 0.78 λ≤L≤ 1.19λ or 1.5λ≤ L≤2.14λ is satisfied when TD = 0 and is within the range of 35°≤θ≤55°, and when: TD represents the distance between a connecting section (121), which is perpendicular to a reflective surface section (130), and the reflective surface section (130); θ represents an angle formed, in a longitudinal section, between a virtual line (VL), which is parallel to the reflective surface section (130), and a back surface (120b) of a vibrating section (122); L represents the shortest distance between a peripheral edge (123) of the back surface (120b) at the distal end, of the vibrating section (122), on the side opposite to the connecting section (121) side and the peripheral edge of the reflective surface section (130); and λ represents the wavelength of a vibrating wave emitted from the vibrating section (122).
