Abstract:
Provided are an oscillation circuit and a user equipment. The oscillation circuit comprises: a current source circuit, a charging and discharging circuit, a first comparator, a second comparator and an RS trigger, wherein the charging and discharging circuit is respectively connected to an input end of the first comparator and an input end of the second comparator; an output end of the first comparator and an output end of the second comparator are connected to the RS trigger; the current source circuit is connected to the charging and discharging circuit, the first comparator and the second comparator; the current source circuit is used for providing a charging current for the charging and discharging circuit, and respectively providing a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage for the first comparator and the second comparator; and the ratio of the first reference voltage to the charging current and the ratio of the second reference voltage to the charging current are both fixed values. The present invention can realize a zero temperature coefficient and an output frequency which does not change with the voltage, and effectively simplifies the circuit structure.
