Abstract:
 To provide a technique with which it is possible, in an oscillation device, to minimize fluctuations in oscillation frequency caused by fluctuations in the voltage of a power supply unit of a heater. An oscillation device in which the temperature of an atmosphere in which a crystal oscillator for oscillation output is placed is detected by a temperature detector, the heater temperature is controlled on the basis of the detected temperature value, and the temperature is stabilized, wherein the oscillation device is provided with: a buffer amplifier inserted in a signal path of a control signal generated on the basis of the detected temperature value; a heater comprising a transistor in which a base is connected to an output end of the buffer amplifier, the heater being provided such that a collector and an emitter are positioned between a power supply unit and a ground; and a first differential amplifier provided to adjust the gain of the buffer amplifier so as to cancel out fluctuations in the voltage of the power supply unit, the first differential amplifier amplifying the difference between a voltage corresponding to the power supply voltage and a preset voltage, and inputting the amplified difference into a gain adjustment end of the buffer amplifier.
