Abstract:
One end of a SAW device (111) that constitutes a resonant section (101) is grounded, and the other end thereof is connected to the base of the transistor (Tr2) of an amplifying section (122). The emitter of the transistor (Tr2) is connected to the base of the transistor (Tr1) of an amplifying section (121) via a decoupling capacitor (Cd1). The emitter of the transistor (Tr1) is grounded via a resonant capacitor (C2). A resonant capacitor (C1) is connected between the emitter and the base of the transistor (Tr1). The negative resistance on the amplifying-section side as viewed from the resonant section (101) is increased by thus providing the amplifying section (122), which includes the other transistor (Tr2), in front of the amplifying section (121) including the transistor (Tr1) and the resonant capacitors (C1, C2).
