Abstract:
An oscillating part (11) generates a signal of a frequency n·f that is n times a target frequency f. A control voltage producing circuit (21) compares in phase a signal obtained by frequency-dividing the signal generated by the oscillating part (11) with a reference signal, and outputs, to the oscillating part (11), a DC control voltage that is in accordance with the phase difference therebetween, thereby controlling the oscillation frequency. A frequency divider circuit (22) frequency-divides, by n, and converts the signal generated by the oscillating part (11) into a signal of the target frequency f. Providing the oscillation frequency of the oscillating part that is n times the target frequency allows inductances and capacitors to be formed on a semiconductor integrated circuit board.
