Abstract:

An electroacoustic transducer (100), which is an oscillator device, has a flat piezoelectric film (120), which expands and contracts through the application of an electric field, arranged on at least one surface of a flat elastic member (110) that has a plurality of holes (111) penetrating the principal surface. Because the stiffness of the elastic member (110) is adjusted by the holes (111), the stiffness impedance can be matched optimally to the piezoelectric film (120). Thus, it is possible to reduce the amount of vibration displacement and to complement the transduction efficiency of the piezoelectric film (120).
