Abstract:
The present application provides an oscillator and a device, relating to the field of electronic technology, for improving the performance of an oscillator. The oscillator comprises: a resonant circuit, configured to generate an oscillation signal; a first cross-coupled transistor, coupled to the resonant circuit; and a power supply circuit, configured to provide, on the basis of a first voltage and a second voltage, a power supply signal to the first cross-coupled transistor, wherein the first voltage is a power supply voltage, and the second voltage is a voltage generated by an external sensing circuit. As the oscillation frequency of an oscillator varies with a power supply signal of the oscillator, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator can be compensated for by adjusting the power supply signal, thereby improving the performance of the oscillator, reducing the area occupied by the oscillator, and simplifying the design difficulty of the oscillator.
