The present invention is provided with: a piezoelectric element (121); an oscillating member (122) for constraining one surface of the piezoelectric element (121) and comprising a metal material; a resin member (123) for holding the outer perimeter section of the oscillating member (122); a piezoelectric element (111); an oscillating member (112) for constraining one surface of the piezoelectric element (111), overlapping with the oscillating member (122) and the resin member (123) when seen in planar view, and comprising a metal material; and a supporting member (140) for supporting the resin member (123) and the oscillating member (112). Therein, at least one of the oscillating member (122), the resin member (123), and the oscillating member (112) is provided with at least one opening (150) for connecting to the outside of a space (170) located between the oscillating member (122), the resin member (123), and the oscillating member (112).
