Abstract:
Provided are an oscillator, which has a small oscillation energy dissipation in
oscillation and a high Q value, and a resonator.A supporting section of the oscillator
having a beam structure is thicker than the oscillator, and the supporting section
is axisymmetric in the length direction of the beam. Thus, since brittleness of
the supporting section is improved, loss of the oscillation energy from the supporting
section is reduced and loss of the oscillation energy due to surface roughness
of the oscillator surface is reduced, the resonator having the high Q value is
provided.
