Abstract:
A perindopril osmotic pump type controlled-release tablet, comprising a drug-containing tablet core and a semi-permeable membrane coating. There is a drug delivery orifice on the semi-permeable membrane coating layer. The tablet core contains 1.0-4.0 mg of perindopril or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 20-50 mg of a filler, 20-60 mg of an osmotically active substance, 10-30 mg of a binder, 10-32 mg of a solubilizer, and 3-6 mg of a lubricant.
