Abstract:
An osteophyte identification method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium, the osteophyte identification method comprising: acquiring a medical image (S101); inputting the medical image into a trained first segmentation model, so as to obtain a femoral region and/or a tibial region and/or a fibular region and/or a patellar region in the medical image (S102); and inputting the femoral region and/or the tibial region and/or the fibular region and/or the patellar region into a trained second segmentation model, so as to obtain femoral osteophytes and/or tibial osteophytes and/or fibular osteophytes and/or patellar osteophytes (S103). Therefore, a first segmentation model and a second segmentation model can be used to quickly, accurately and intelligently identify osteophytes, so as to help surgeons with surgical planning. The method has the advantages of easy operation, high accuracy, and satisfying individual differences of patients. In addition, by means of improving basis data of preoperative planning, guidance is provided for surgical planning and prosthesis selection, such that the accuracy rate of subsequent surgeries is improved, and a large amount of time is saved for orthopedists.
