Abstract:
Provided are an osteosarcoma organoid model and a construction method therefor. The osteosarcoma organoid model at least comprises a biological scaffold, osteosarcoma cells, and exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells, wherein the osteosarcoma cells and the exosomes are loaded on the biological scaffold, the biological scaffold is of a crisscrossed three-dimensional structure constructed by a hydrogel preparation, and the hydrogel preparation comprises a decellularized extracellular matrix and fibrin.
