Abstract:
The invention relates to small boat building, and more particularly to steering devices for remotely steering an outboard motor. The proposed outboard motor remote steering device contains a housing and a pulley, rotatably mounted inside the housing. The pulley has grooves on its cylindrical surface, in which cables are disposed, and a control handle is connected to the pulley by a ball joint. The handle extends inside the pulley and has a bend at the end. The invention provides an improvement in the operating qualities of an outboard motor remote steering device.
