The present application relates to an outbound phone call analysis and control method, an electronic apparatus and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring pre-set client relevant information of a client to be called back; conducting classification based on the pre-set client relevant information and using a predetermined classification model, and outputting a classification result, wherein the classification result is a positive reply or a negative reply; if the classification result is a positive reply, then sending prompt information to a salesman corresponding to the client to be called back so as to prompt the corresponding salesman to intervene in advance and communicate with the client to be called back, so as to avoid the occurrence of a communication explanation event when an agent conducts call-back on the client to be called back. By means of the present application, the situation of multiple outbound calls caused by a communication and explanation event of an agent with the same client is reduced, reducing the workload. Moreover, the client will not receive multiple call-back calls, giving good client experience.
