Abstract:
An outdoor display screen-based information output system and method, the system being characterized in that: when an elevator in a high-rise building in a city in which an elevator alarm platform is located malfunctions, the elevator alarm platform may send location information and the building name of the high-rise building in which the malfunction has occurred as well as the names of streets surrounding the high-rise building in which the malfunction has occurred to an outdoor display screen monitoring platform by means of the Internet of Things; when it is determined that a target outdoor display screen which is in a working state is present on a street comprised in said street names, the outdoor display screen monitoring platform sends elevator malfunction alert information, which comprises the location information and the building name of the high-rise building in which the malfunction has occurred, to the target outdoor display screen; the the target outdoor display screen outputs the elevator malfunction alert information. An embodiment of the present invention may, by means of an outdoor display screen, make those elsewhere aware of an elevator malfunctioning in a high-rise building in a timely manner so as to prevent danger to the lives of those trapped.
