An outdoor display screen- and robot-incorporated information delivery system and method. The system is characterized in that: when a high-rise building in a city has a possible fire therein, a fire warning platform of the city sends to an outdoor display screen monitoring center and robot server, by means of an Internet of Things, position information and a building name of said high-rise building having a possible fire and street names at a periphery of said high-rise building; when it is determined that there is a target outdoor display screen in an operating state on a street associated with the street names, the outdoor display screen monitoring center sends to the target outdoor display screen, by means of the Internet of Things, fire warning information including the position information and building name of said high-rise building having a possible fire; and the target outdoor display screen outputs the fire warning information. The present invention enables a possible fire in a high-rise building to be recognized in a timely manner, and performs financial management on a financial management account corresponding to a corresponding user identifier of a target robot, thus providing an incentive for the target robot to participate in a fire warning activity.
