Abstract:
An outdoor heat exchanger is provided with a plurality of fins, a blower mechanism, a plurality of heat transfer tubes arranged vertically, and a first flow divider connected to the plurality of heat transfer tubes. The plurality of heat transfer tubes include a bottom-most heat transfer tube positioned so as to be bottom-most and at least one upper heat transfer tube positioned above the bottom-most heat transfer tube. The upper heat transfer tube has a confluence path connected to the first flow divider, a second flow divider provided to an end section of the confluence path, and at least two branch paths branching from the second flow divider, the flow resistance of liquid-phase refrigerant in the upper heat transfer tube being smaller than the flow resistance of liquid-phase refrigerant in the bottom-most heat transfer tube.
