Abstract:
This outdoor unit of air conditioners is equipped with: a housing which has a bottom plate; a compressor which is provided within the housing; a pressure vessel which is provided within the housing; an intake pipe which connects the compressor and the pressure vessel; a cushioning material which is provided between the pressure vessel and the bottom plate; and a mounting member to which the pressure vessel is mounted. A first engagement member is mounted to the side surface of the pressure vessel, and the mounting member has a second engagement member which engages the first engagement member. In the above configuration, the cushioning material is provided between the pressure vessel and the bottom plate in order to allow a reduction in the possibility of transmission of the torque and vibration generated in the compressor to the bottom plate through the intake pipe and the pressure vessel, and produce less noise than in the prior art. Furthermore, the side surface of the pressure vessel has the first engagement member and the second engagement member in order to further suppress the displacement of the pressure vessel and the application of stress on the intake pipe than in the prior art.
