Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: a bottom plate that is provided with a drainage hole; a heater that is provided on the bottom plate such that a part of the heater overlaps the projection surface of the drainage hole; and a heater fixture, which covers at least a part of an outer periphery of the heater, and which fixes the heater. In the heater fixture, a leading end portion of one end section protrudes to a position lower than a lower end portion of the heater, and the leading end portion of the one end section is inserted into the drainage hole.
