Abstract:
An outdoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a first housing, a heat exchanger disposed along an inner side surface of the first housing, a second housing disposed on a lower side of the first housing and provided with a unit base on which a compressor is disposed, and a drain pan that is housed in the second housing and that discharges drain water generated in the heat exchanger; wherein the drain pan comprises: a drain pan main body part including an outer side surface part extending along a side surface of the second housing, an inner side surface part that is disposed with an interval from the outer side surface part and that extends along the outer side surface part, and a bottom surface part that connects a lower edge part of the outer side surface part and a lower edge part of the inner side surface part and that is disposed with an interval from the heat exchanger; and a plurality of drain water drain pipes connected between the bottom surface part and the unit base; wherein the bottom surface part positioned between adjacent drain water drain pipes has an inclined surface that is upwardly convex in a side view.
