Abstract:
This outdoor unit (1) is provided with a housing (10). A blower (12) and an air blowing passage and the like that lead the air from the blower (12) to a blowout port, are provided inside the housing (10). A fan guard (guard member) (11) is attached to the blowout port on the front surface of the housing (10). A protruding part (31) is provided around the fan guard (11). The protruding part (31) is shaped so as to be positioned on the outside of an imaginary extension line (A) of the air blowing passage.
