Abstract:
Disclosed in the invention is an outer blade of a reciprocating electric shaver with reinforcing structure, which is formed by bending a sheet and providedwith a top face (1), a front side face (2) and a back side face (3). The top face is a curved surface which is protruded upwards. The front and back sides of the top face are staggered inwards relative to the front and back side faces, so that an inclined face (51, 52) which is inclined from inner upside to outer downside or a flat face is formed at the connecting position. The top face forms a shaving work face by processing the inner side, wherein the thickness of the shaving work face is less than that of the front and back side faces. Multiple blade holes (14) are arrayed in the shaving work face, and the side edge of each blade hole forms a blade edge. The thickness of the top face of the outer blade of the electric shaver is consistent, so the outer blade is easy to be processed. Although the thickness of the top face is less than that of the front and back side faces, the structure of the top face and the connection structures of the top face and the front and back side faces enable the top face with high intensity.
