Abstract:
An outer cutter of an electric shaver comprises a main body (1) formed by bending a thin plate and having a top surface (2) and front and back side surfaces (3, 4). The top surface (2) includes a rib (21) along a length direction of the main body (1) and cutter-hole distribution regions (22, 23) arranged on two sides of the rib (21). The rib (21) forms a projection (211) toward the inside of the top surface (2). Outer surfaces of the rib (21) and the two cutter-hole distribution regions (22, 23) jointly form an integral working surface touching the skin. The cutter-hole distribution regions (22, 23) are internally arranged with a plurality of cutter holes (51). A side edge of each hole (51) forms a cutting edge. The thickness of the cutter-hole distribution regions (22, 23) is less than that of the front and back side surfaces (3, 4). The rib (21) divides the top surface into two hair inlet regions, thus making for cutting hair, and the rib (21) itself can strengthen the top surface (2) in a qualified sense. The outer cutter is low in processing difficulty and cost and comfortable to use.
