Abstract:
Disclosed are an outer drum cover and a washing machine. The outer drum cover comprises an upper cover body and a lower cover body; the upper cover body and the lower cover body are connected to form a water chamber (1); a plurality of water outlets are formed in the inner circumferential wall of the water chamber (1); the portion of the water chamber (1), communicated with a water inlet (3), is provided with a water distribution rib (2), the length of which extends in the circumferential direction of the outer drum cover; and inflow water is blocked by the water distribution rib (2) so as to be distributed to the water chamber from two sides of the water inlet and evenly sprayed into an inner drum through the water outlets. The hydraulic pressure in the water chamber (1) of the outer drum cover is balanced, being able to achieve the effect of 360-degree all-around uniform water discharge, improving the spraying effect of the washing machine, and providing a better clothes cleaning effect.
