Abstract:

　This outer package (1) for a power storage device has a first surface and a second surface, and is provided with: a substrate layer (11), in which at least a first adhesive layer (12), a metal foil layer (13), an anti-corrosion process layer (14), a second adhesive layer (15), and a sealant layer (16) are sequentially layered on the first surface; and a substrate protection layer (17) layered on the second surface of the substrate layer and formed so as to contain at least one type of main agent selected from the group comprising acrylic polyols and polyester polyols having a group having a hydroxy group in a side chain, and a curing agent containing an isocyanurate body and/or a biuret body of an isocyanate.
