Abstract:
An outer packaging material for electricity storage devices according to one aspect of the present disclosure has a multilayer structure which sequentially comprises, in the following order, a base material layer, a first bonding layer, a metal foil layer, a second bonding layer and an inner layer that contains a polyester resin. The inner layer has a melting peak temperature within the range from 160°C to 280°C during the melting as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter. The base material layer has a melting peak temperature that is higher than the melting peak temperature of the inner layer.
