Abstract:
An outer packaging material for a high-drawability battery apparatus, which at least consists of an outer resin substrate layer, an intermediate metal layer and an inner heat-seal resin layer. The intermediate metal layer comprises an aluminum alloy foil. The aluminum alloy foil comprises aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), silicon (Si), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and titanium (Ti). In the aluminum alloy foil: when an EBSD (electron backscatter diffraction) analysis method is used to observe cluster crystals which are anisotropic in crystal orientation, in terms of the detection of orientation distribution of the aluminum alloy foil surface, relative to the total of the percentages of anisotropic crystals and non-anisotropic crystals, the total percentages of Cube orientation, Cu orientation, s orientation, Bs orientation and R orientation are 70% or more; the total percentages of Cube orientation and Cu orientation are 30% or more; and the percentage of Cube orientation is 10% or more. The average crystalline grain size is 10.0 μm or less. Among the alloy components, the content of silicon (Si) is 0.05 wt% or less, the content of copper (Cu) is 0.004 wt% or more, the content of zinc (Zn) is 0.01 wt% or less, and the content of Titanium (Ti) is 0.02 wt% or less.
