Abstract:
The objective of the invention is achieved by providing an outer packaging material for vacuum insulation panels, comprising a gas barrier layer, a heat-weldable film disposed on one main surface side of the gas barrier layer, and a flame-resistant layer disposed on the other main surface side of the gas barrier layer, wherein the flame-resistant layer comprises a resin component and a compound containing phosphorus or bromine, and the thickness ratio for the flame-resistant layer with respect to the overall thickness of the outer packaging material for the vacuum insulation panels is between 0.2 and 0.4 inclusive.
