Abstract:
The present invention relates to a motor, in particular an outer rotor motor, which comprises: a casing the top part of which is provided with an air outlet hole, a top cover and a bottom cover that are fixed at both ends of the casing, a stator, a rotor, and a filter that is mounted on the bottom cover; the stator comprises a stator core, a winding and a stator frame, the stator frame being fixed on the bottom cover, and the winding being fixed on the stator frame by means of the stator core; the rotor comprises a permanent magnet, a rotating ring, a fan blade, and a motor shaft, wherein an annular array of the permanent magnet is fixed on an inner circular surface of the rotating ring and is disposed opposite to the stator core, the motor shaft is fixed at the top part of the rotating ring by means of the fan blade, the motor shaft is rotatably connected to the stator frame and the top cover, and the fan blade being disposed opposite to the air outlet hole and is disposed around an annular array of the motor shaft; and the filter is fixed on the bottom cover and filters air that enters an air intake hole on the bottom cover. In the outer rotor motor, the interior of the motor is cooled by means of a fan blade and iron powder is removed by means of a filter, and the motor can continuously and stably work for a long time, has a small volume, a light weight, and a long service life.
