The present application provides an outer-side wiring lifting table controller (1). The controller (1) is arranged between two lifting stand columns (3); the controller (1) controls the lifting of the lifting stand columns (3); a cross beam (2), which is used for supporting and fixing same, is arranged between the lifting stand columns (3); the controller (1) is arranged in the cross beam (2); the side of the controller (1) close to one of the lifting stand columns (3) is provided with at least two line interfaces (103); and the outer side wall of the controller (1) corresponding to the inner side wall of the cross beam (2) is provided with a wiring channel (101) used for guiding a wire harness (13). The present application further provides a lifting table frame using the lifting table controller (1). The present application has the advantage that the wiring channel (101) is arranged on the outer side wall of the controller (1) corresponding to the inner side wall of the cross beam (2), such that the height of the controller (1) cannot be increased; meanwhile, collisions with installation parts of the controller (1) are also avoided, and the wiring channel (101) is easier to design.
