Abstract:
An outer surface treatment apparatus for ring-shaped precious metal adornments, comprising a base (32), a workpiece clamping and positioning device and a tool fixing device mounted on the base (32). The workpiece clamping and positioning device comprises a workbench provided above the base (32) and a driving riding wheel (13) mounted on the workbench and driven by a motor (12). Two sides of the driving riding wheel (13) are provided with driven pressing wheel structures (14), respectively. Each driven pressing wheel structure (14) comprises a mounting portion (141) fixedly connected to the workbench, a mounting arm (142) hingedly connected to the mounting portion (141), and a pressing wheel (143) rotatably connected to the mounting arm (142); an elastic tensioning member (15) is connected between the mounting arms (142) of the two driven pressing wheel structures (14). The problem of being unable to use a conventional apparatus for machining due to a large surface treatment difficulty caused by arc deformation of ring-shaped metal adornments in a machining and transferring process is resolved.
