[Problem] To provide outerwear that is easy to manufacture, portable, fashionable and protects the wearer, regardless of age or sex, from cold and disasters, in addition to serving as a cover during breastfeeding. [Solution] One insertion portion (15) among two insertion portions (14, 15) in a cloth formed in the shape of a tube is joined, and insertion portions (22, 23) are further provided on both sides of the joined portion.
