The present invention relates to an outlet with a safety cover in which the safety cover separated from the outlet can be attached to an outer surface of the corresponding outlet via a magnet so as to prevent any arbitrary deviation or loss, and the outlet with a safety cover is configured so that the safety cover is detachably attached to the outer surface of the outlet by a magnetic force by providing a magnetic body on an inside or an outside of the outlet and providing a magnet on one side of the safety cover having an insertion protrusion which is inserted into a plug mounting groove of the outlet, wherein a ground terminal of a multi-tab is obtained by integrally forming a base portion which is formed in a straight line shape having a predetermined length and has a cable mounting portion formed at one end thereof, a plurality of coupling portions which are branched at right angles to each other at regular intervals along one side in a length direction of the base portion to couple plug connection parts to the ends thereof, and a suction portion which is formed bent at a predetermined height at right angles towards the lower side along the other side in the length direction of the base portion and is positioned to correspond to the inner wall of one side of the multi-tab.
