Provided is an ultrasonic vibration device component wherein a vibrator can be replaced by another one of the same frequency or of a different frequency with no need to adjust the inside of a main oscillator unit or replace the main oscillator unit by another one.  The ultrasonic vibration device component, which is used to impart ultrasonic vibrations to cleaning fluid that cleans objects, comprises a coupling unit (25) that couples an ultrasonic vibration signal to the main oscillator unit (24) for vibration; and a vibrator (26) connected to the coupling unit.  The coupling unit includes an output transformer (33) for adjusting the output of the ultrasonic vibration signal; a coil capacitor (34) electrically connected to the output transformer; and a current detector (35) electrically connected to the coil capacitor.
