Abstract:
A technique for indicating whether a sound output function is effective or not by making it possible to mount the output section removably and to present the connection state thereof and for utilizing other functions appropriately. The unit for outputting a sound signal from an electronic apparatus as sound comprises a connection section connected with the connection terminal of the electronic apparatus, a line section having one end connected with the connection section and transmitting the sound signal from the electronic apparatus, a relay section connected with the end of the line section on the side opposite to the connection section and relaying the sound signal, and an output section connected removably with the relay section and outputting the sound signal from the relay section as sound. A state presenting part for indicating whether the output section is connected with the relay section or not is provided in the connection section.
