Abstract:
An output distribution control apparatus (15) determines, on the basis of at least information indicating the demand by loads (22), information indicating the output of generators (23) and restrictions to be imposed on the generators (23) upon operation thereof, and information indicating the amount of power stored in rechargeable batteries (21) and restrictions to be imposed on the rechargeable batteries (21) upon operation thereof, the output distribution of the generators (23), and, when the rechargeable batteries (21) are considered to be one virtual rechargeable battery, the output distribution of the virtual rechargeable battery, such that the cost of fuel to be consumed by the generators (23) will become minimum in a circumstance wherein the restrictions exist. The output distribution control apparatus (15) also determines, on the basis of at least the determined output distribution of the virtual rechargeable battery, and information indicating the amount of power stored in the rechargeable batteries (21) and restrictions to be imposed on the rechargeable batteries (21) upon operation thereof, the output distribution of each of the rechargeable batteries (21), such that the total of controllable remaining powers of the rechargeable batteries (21) will become maximum in a circumstance wherein the restrictions exist, or such that power transmission loss within the power grid of the output distribution control apparatus (15) will become minimum.
