Abstract:
An output matching circuit and a power amplifier formed by same. The output matching circuit comprises an impedance conversion component (1) and a first matching component (2) connected to the input end of the impedance conversion component (1) to establish matching; the first matching component (2) comprises an impedance element and a controllable switch element controlled by an external control signal to be switched on/off, and different impedances are formed. According to the output matching circuit, the reconstruction of an output stage matching circuit is achieved, and the switching of output operating frequency bands is achieved; the output matching circuit can be used for high frequency/intermediate frequency/low frequency, reduces the costs, has few elements, is easy to be integrated, and reduces a design difficulty. The output matching circuit can be used for a multi-frequency band multiplexing power amplifier, a broadband amplifier is achieved, the number of elements and the material costs are reduced, and a system integration level of the power amplifier is improved.
