The present application discloses an output pole base and a battery module, relating to the technical field of batteries. The output pole base comprises a base body and at least one cover plate. The base body is provided with a mounting cavity having an opening. The mounting cavity is used for mounting an output pole piece. The cover plate is detachably arranged on the base body around the circumferential edge of the opening. The cover plate and the base body jointly form an opening communicated with the mounting cavity, and the opening is used for inputting an output pole piece. The output pole base comprises a base body and at least one cover plate which can be detachably matched. When any one of the base body and the at least one cover plate is damaged due to vibration or other actions of the battery module, other elements can be disassembled to continue to be used, such that repeated utilization of other elements is not affected, so that the manufacturing, use and maintenance costs can be reduced. The battery module comprises the output pole base. Therefore, the battery module has the advantage of low costs.
