Abstract:
An outside air–conditioning device (1000) comprises: an air supply fan (31) and an exhaust fan (32) through which supplied air and return air flow; a total heat exchanger (14) that exchanges heat between the supplied air and the return air; a first heat exchanger (11), a second heat exchanger (12), and a third heat exchanger (13) that exchange heat between the supplied air, the return air, and outside air and a refrigerant; refrigerant piping (53); a control unit (54); a compressor (51); and a first throttling part (1) and a second throttling part (2) that adjust the flow of the refrigerant. A passage that bypasses the third heat exchanger (13) branches from the refrigerant piping (53) via a first refrigerant piping branch (41) that is positioned on the refrigerant piping (53) that connects the first heat exchanger (11) or the second heat exchanger (12) and the third heat exchanger (13) and a second refrigerant piping branch (42) that is positioned on the refrigerant piping (53) that connects the third heat exchanger (13) and the compressor (51), and the second throttling part (2) is provided on the passage that bypasses the third heat exchanger (13). The present invention thereby makes it possible to defrost while maintaining an indoor temperature.
