An outside-elevator-hall arrival indicating lamp device having a body temperature monitoring function, comprising a housing (110), a fixing mechanism provided in the housing (110), a buffering mechanism provided on the rear side surface of the housing (110), and an indicating mechanism provided on the front side surface of the housing (110). According to the device, temperature is measured by means of an infrared temperature measurement module, and prompting is performed by means of a temperature determination lamp to prompt people having too high temperature not to enter an elevator, such that potential viruses are prevented from spreading in a closed space in the elevator; and the fixed columns (420), movable columns (430), and damping springs (440) work in conjunction with each other, such that when the housing (110) is subjected to external force, the housing (110) enables the movable columns (430) to move backwards in the fixed columns (420), the damping springs (440) are pressed, the vibration force is reduced, and the device is buffered and protected.
