Abstract:

[Problem] To enable lighting of a face to be irradiated that is vertical with respect to the optical axis of a lens, from the front face thereof, with an oval contour, and with efficiency. [Solution] A plano-convex lens (3), which receives direct light from an LED light source (1) anchored at the center of the front face of a heat radiator (2), within the light-reception side focal length thereof, and with the optical axis of the lens as the center of the light reception, is provided coaxially and in parallel with an inner tube (4) that is covered over the heat radiator (2). A plano-convex Fresnel lens (5) and a linear Fresnel lens (6), which are located near the plano-convex lens (3) and within the light-exiting side focal length thereof, and convert perfect-circle contour light-flux into oval contour light-flux, are provided in proximity with each other, and coaxially and in parallel with an outer tube (7) that is covered over the inner tube (4). The perfect-circle contour light-flux is thereby converted into oval contour light-flux, wherein the minor axis thereof is shorter than the diameter of the perfect-circle contour light-flux and the major axis thereof is longer than the diameter of the perfect-circle contour light-flux, and spotlighting a face to be irradiated (B) that is vertical with respect to the optical axis of the lens with an oval contour is enabled, using this oval contour light-flux.
