Abstract:
An oven and a humidifying assembly thereof. The humidifying assembly comprises: water boxes (10), each water box comprising a box body (11) and a connecting part connected to the box body (11), and the box body (11) defining a water tank (111) having an opening facing upward; heating tubes (20), each heating tube (20) being located above the water tank (111) and connected to the connecting part, being capable of heating water contained in the water tank (111) to generate steam, and being provided with a connecting structure used for being connected to a main body of the oven. The heating tubes (20) are located above the water tanks (111), the water in the water tanks (111) only utilizes heat below the heating tubes (20) during humidification, and heat radiated by the heating tubes (20) to other directions can be used to heat food in the oven, thereby simplifying a heating device of the oven for baking food. Or, cooperation between the heating tubes (20) and the water boxes (111) of the oven itself is directly used to simplify the structure of the oven.
