Abstract:
Oven with convection heating comprising an attachment (a trolley) which may or may not revolve, and intended for use in the baking industry and other branches of industry concerned with heating products. Different types of fuel can be used with the convection oven, which functions with one or several ventilators, located on the rear vertical panel (5) of the oven casing; to this end, the oven comprises air-ventilation chambers (4) separated from one another by horizontal dividers (8), and separated by a vertical divider (7) from the working chamber (2) occupied by the attachment with the items to be heated. The air-ventilation chambers (4) include adjustable vents (10) disposed symmetrically along the side walls, as well as ducts (11) which link these vents (10) to the heat exchanger (16) and which are disposed in a mirror-image array on the outer side walls of the oven casing.
